500g Minced meat-lamb, beef, or chicken

1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
·
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
·
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
·
1 tablespoon of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
·
1 tsp. gram masala
·

·
